Every year the same thing happens: gift budgets are approved in October, and by late November everyone is rushing. If you are organising year-end gifts for clients or staff, this guide covers what to decide and when.
When to order
The earlier the better, especially if you want your logo or a custom design. Our early-bird window for Christmas and year-end orders closes on 31 October. Custom designs need time for a mock-up, your approval and production, and every piece is made by hand.
How much to budget per person
Start with a number per head, then pick the box that fits:
- Door gifts and large teams: petite boxes of 2 bonbons (RM12) or 3 bonbons (RM18.50).
- Clients and staff: classic boxes of 6 bonbons (RM38) or 12 bonbons (RM75).
- VIP clients and partners: signature boxes from RM88, which can combine bonbons, single-origin bars, our hazelnut spread and freshly roasted Miss Coco coffee.
Fully bespoke designs and flavours are quoted per order. Designs close to our existing collection cost less.
What can be customised
- Hand-painted bonbon designs in your brand colours
- Your logo on the box, sleeve or gift tag
- Flavours, including seasonal ones
- A printed message card
- Chocolate bars under your own label

We reply with options and a design mock-up, usually within one working day. A 50% deposit confirms your production slot.
Good to know
None of our products contain alcohol. Everything is made fresh to order in our Kuala Lumpur studio from chocolate we make ourselves, which has won 15 international awards.
