Our story

The dawn of a new standard for fine chocolate.

Alba means “dawn”. Founder Asmiriam Roa grew up in Venezuela surrounded by cacao and coffee, trained there as a chocolate maker, and brought that craft to Malaysia in 2021.

We buy cacao directly from farmers in Pahang, Perak and beyond, pay fairly for quality, and make every bar ourselves, from roasting the beans to wrapping the bar.

Like the hummingbird in our logo, we believe in enjoying the little things in life to the fullest.
